Loose tea
Nettle Leaf
Urtica dioica L.
Deep green, mineral, closer to a broth than a tea.

Cut in spring before the plant flowers — after flowering the leaf goes coarse and gritty. Gathered from damp woodland edge, where nettle grows tall and the leaf stays tender.
